Michél Patterson has extensive experience in operational excellence, process improvement, and digital transformation. Michél is currently serving as the Vice President of Operational Excellence at GEODIS, where they are responsible for driving continuous improvement and implementing transformative initiatives. Prior to this, they worked at Hellmann Worldwide Logistics as the Vice President of Digital Transformation & Innovation, where they achieved significant operational efficiencies and business turnaround through process standardization and digitalization. Michél also held various leadership roles at A.P. Moller - Maersk, including Vice President of North America Operating System & Transformation and Global Strategic Project Leader, where they successfully implemented strategic projects and improved customer experience. Michél's work experience also includes roles at Profound Knowledge Consulting LLC, HP, Compaq Computer Corporation, Breed Technologies Inc, AlliedSignal Automotive, Safety Restraint Systems, QualPro, Inc., and the University of Tennessee. Throughout their career, they have consistently demonstrated their expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies and driving positive business performance.

Michél Patterson has a Master's degree in Statistics from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Statistics from the same institution. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including the Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification from the Project Management Institute in 2022. Michél also holds certifications such as Advanced Practitioner in Behavioral Science [Leadership Coaching] from The Boston Consulting Group in 2012, Authorised Moment Mapping Practitioner from Beyond Philosophy in 2009, and Certified trainer for Six Hats and Lateral Thinking from de bono thinking system in 2008. Other certifications include Customer Experience Design Leader and Facilitator from Beyond Philosophy in 2004, Certified Examiner for Texas Award for Performance Excellence from Quality Texas Foundation in 2000, Six Sigma Master Black Belt from Lean Six Sigma Academy LLC in 1997, and Six Sigma Operational Excellence Black Belt from Lean Six Sigma Academy LLC in 1996.
