John Belic has an extensive work history that includes roles in various industries. John started their career at The Reynolds and Reynolds Company, where they managed supply management and eCommerce processes. John then moved on to GE Aircraft Engines as an eBusiness & Technology Manager, leading global B2B eBusiness programs. After that, they joined GE Financial Assurance as the Virtual Wholesaler Program Leader, where they implemented sales support strategies. Subsequently, they worked at Genworth Financial, where they held positions such as Project Manager, Director of Fixed Immediate Annuity Products, and Director of Product Design and Innovation. John also served in the United States Air Force for over 20 years, retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel after working in various capacities within Operations Management, Executive, Command and Control, and Acquisition.

John Belic holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Pittsburgh (1984-1987), a Master of Science in Management from Wilmington University (1993-1995), and completed the Experienced Managers Course at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business in 2014. John also holds a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from General Electric.
