Dan Niedhammer is a seasoned telecommunications professional with over two decades of experience in voice infrastructure and operations management. Currently serving as a Senior Voice Infrastructure Engineer at Genworth Financial since February 2001, Dan specializes in planning and implementing advanced telecommunications technologies across North America, with comprehensive expertise in Avaya systems and related technologies. Prior to this role, Dan was the Director of Operations at Cavalier Telephone, managing daily operations and overseeing a large team for a competitive local exchange carrier.
