Andrea Smith, SHRM-CP (she/hers), has a diverse work experience in Human Resources. Andrea started their career at Hearthstone Alzheimer Care in 2005 as a Human Resources & Scheduling Manager. Andrea then worked at various companies, holding roles such as Director of Human Resources at HouseWorks LLC, Regional Director of Human Resources at HealthBridge Management, and HR Director at Montachusett Home Care Corporation. Andrea later became an HR Business Partner at CareScout before moving to Genworth, where they held roles as Director and Senior Director of HR Business Partner. Throughout their career, Andrea has been involved in staffing, talent development, performance management, employee relations, and implementing HR systems and policies.

Andrea Smith, SHRM-CP, obtained their Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts from Massachusetts Bay Community College in 2012. Andrea then went on to earn a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Bay Path University in 2014. In 2018, they obtained their SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification. Andrea also completed a certification in Leading Inclusive Teams from LinkedIn in 2020.
