Dennis O'Neill has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Dennis currently works as the Manager of Nanovaccines at Genvax, where they are involved in self-amplifying mRNA manufacturing technology for vaccine delivery. Prior to this, they worked at Corteva Agriscience as a Research Scientist, specializing in COVID-19 Real-Time PCR clinical diagnostics and molecular analysis. Dennis also worked at DuPont Pioneer as a Research Scientist II, leading molecular analysis and characterization teams for transgenics and gene expression analysis. Before that, they served as the Clinical Lab Manager at Transgenomic, where they managed a certified clinical diagnostic lab and conducted mutation detection assays. Dennis has also held positions at Pioneer Hibred, Monsanto, NIH and NCI-FCRDC, Bioenergy Life Science, Inc., and the University of Nebraska Medical Center, where they contributed to various research projects and laboratory management.

Dennis O'Neill has a Master of Science (MS) degree in Microbiology/Biochemistry - Molecular Biology from the University of Nebraska Medical Center. Dennis has also completed the 2019 Corteva Leadership Academy program at Tero International. In addition, they have pursued personal development in management at DuPont Pioneer.
