Ray Hughes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management consulting and operations. Currently serving as a Senior Management Consultant at Genus Technologies, Ray previously held the position of Director of the Western Region at the same company. With a strong background at Western Integrated Systems as Director of Operations, Ray provided leadership across multiple offices in the Western States. Ray's career also includes a significant tenure at Western Office Systems as General Manager, specializing in consultative sales for document capture and ECM solutions. Earlier experience includes serving as Vice President of Engineering at Portage Electric Products, where Ray oversaw all engineering functions. Ray holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology from Eastern Kentucky University and has pursued further education at The University of Akron.
