Andrew Beale is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in support and systems engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Support Desk Analyst at Genuit Group since May 2021, Andrew previously held the position of ICT Systems Engineer at Youth Hostel Association for nearly two decades, providing second-line and third-line support across numerous locations. Earlier roles included ICT Support Technician at University of Derby and Junior Programmer at Sebastian Associates, where Andrew focused on COBOL systems. Andrew holds a BSc (Hons) in Computer Studies from the University of Derby, earned between 1989 and 1993.
