Elle Newkirk currently serves as the Human Resources Manager for the Portland Operations at Genuine Parts Company since January 2021. Prior to this role, Elle held significant positions in the field of human resources, including HR Manager at Lowe's Home Improvement where responsibilities included acting as a Human Resource Business Partner for a national retail organization. Additionally, Elle has experience as a Human Resources Recruiter at Kaiser Permanente, coordinating the onboarding of medical and non-medical personnel. Earlier career highlights include a Principal role at Speed Monkey Racing and serving as Regional Gift Registry Manager at Macy's West. Elle is an alumna of Portland Community College.
