Tina Gørtz Christensen has extensive experience in cultural project management and policy development, currently serving as Projektleder at Gentofte Kommune since June 2019. Previously, Tina worked as Kulturkonsulent at Roskilde Kommune from 2009 to May 2019, where responsibilities included the development and implementation of the municipality's youth policy and overseeing cultural and democratic projects for young people aged 12-25. Other roles include Analyse- og udviklingsmedarbejder at Køge Kommune, focusing on urban development projects, and Kursuskoordinator at Kultur&Erhverv Klubben, coordinating a course on experience technology for businesses. Tina's educational background includes a cand.mag. degree in Moderne Kultur & Kulturformidling from Københavns Universitet and various specialized trainings in project management and innovation.
