Julie Cook currently serves as Global Director of Talent Management at Gentherm, overseeing talent practices for over 14,000 employees across 30+ global locations and advising the CHRO and Executive Committee. Previous roles at Gentherm include HR Director for Reward & Recognition and divisional HR leadership for the Medical division. Julie's experience also encompasses senior management in internal communications and change management at La-Z-Boy, as well as account management and creative roles in marketing and public relations. Julie holds a BA in Political Science/Communications from the University of Michigan.
