Prateek Kulshrestha currently serves as the General Manager of Human Resources at Gensol Electric Vehicles since April 2024. Prior to this role, Prateek held several key positions at Jakson Group, including Head of HR for Distributed Energy & Ethan Biofuel and Head of Talent Acquisition, C&B from August 2022 to April 2024. Prateek's experience also includes serving as Chief Of Staff at Hero International for a brief period in 2022 and holding various positions at Hero Motors, where responsibilities ranged from AGM - Corporate HR to Senior Manager - Corporate HR from March 2018 to March 2022. Earlier career highlights include serving as Talent Acquisition Lead at Micromax Informatics Ltd and Sr. Executive - Human Resource at HCL Infosystems Ltd, along with team leadership at Ericsson. Prateek Kulshrestha holds a PGDBM in Human Resources Development from JK Business School and a degree from Agra College.
