Rishika Shrivastava is a Sustainability Strategist at Gensler, a position held since January 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Sustainable Design Associate and Sustainable Design Coordinator at Ayers Saint Gross from November 2019 to December 2023, and positions as Sustainability Associate and Energy Benchmarking Intern at the CUNY Building Performance Lab from November 2018 to November 2019. Earlier experience encompasses an Energy Analytics Internship at Steven Winter Associates, Co-Chair of Leaders in Environmental Advocacy and Planning (LEAP) at Pratt Institute, and various internships in energy research and architecture. Rishika holds a Master of Science in Sustainable Environmental Systems from Pratt Institute and a Bachelor of Architecture from Bharati Vidyapeeth.
