William Monteith is a seasoned professional in the field of life sciences, currently serving as the Program Director for the Bio Manufacturers Forum at North Carolina Life Science since October 2023. Monteith previously held significant leadership roles, including Chief Operating Officer at StrideBio, Inc., where responsibilities included advancing the organization into clinical research and commercialization. Monteith also served as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President for Technical Operations at Cellectis, overseeing global technical operations, and held similar senior positions at various companies, including Hitachi Chemical Advanced Therapeutics Solutions, LLC, Dendreon, Sandoz, and Shire. A graduate of St. Lawrence University with a B.S. in Chemistry, Monteith has extensive experience in operational strategies, quality assurance, and manufacturing within the life sciences sector.
