Minjian Lu has extensive work experience in quality control. Minjian is currently the Head of Quality Control at GenScript ProBio since September 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a QC Manager at a company called "ŵ»ª" since September 2008.

Minjian Lu obtained a Bachelor's degree in the field of Traditional Chinese Medicine from Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from 2003 to 2007.
