Nicki Schumacher has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2005, they worked as the Development Director for the Diocese of San Jose, leading fundraising efforts and overseeing volunteer activities. In 2011, they joined The Qt Company, where they held positions such as Western Region Sr Account Manager, Regional Sales Manager, and Director of Strategic Accounts. During their time at The Qt Company, they successfully expanded the company's footprint within strategic technology accounts and consistently met sales quotas. In 2021, they became an Enterprise Account Executive at Neo4j, selling graph database products and professional services to named accounts in the San Francisco Bay Area. Nicki then moved on to Phosphorus Cybersecurity Inc. in 2022, serving as the Regional Sales Director for the Pacific Northwest and Northern California regions. Nicki is currently working as the BFSI Sales Director at GenRocket, where they play a crucial role in combining test data management and synthetic data paradigms for automated test environments.
Nicki Schumacher holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business - Decision and Information Sciences from Santa Clara University. Nicki has also completed the Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School Executive Education, specializing in Negotiation and Leadership, and is currently pursuing a program on negotiation at Harvard Law School Executive Education called The Harvard Negotiation Master Class.
