Garth Rose is the Co-Founder and CEO of GenRocket. Prior to GenRocket, Garth was the President of the Garth Rose Consulting Group where they coached and advised over 250 CEO's, VP's and Directors in small and medium businesses across the world with a concentration in North America. Garth's work generally fell into three areas: executive coaching with small and medium sized business CEO's, sales leadership - sales process, sales management coaching and training. Finding and fixing sales issues (people, process and/or technology), and talent assessments - assessing employees for hiring, promotion, and job alignment.
Before the Garth Rose Consulting Group, Garth was the Co-Founder and President of LeadershipTools, Inc. where they co-founded LeadershipTools with a vision of creating a blended learning approach to leadership development using technology and on-line coaches. LeadershipTools groups leaders into small supportive teams, assigns Leadership e-Coaches for guidance and accountability, delivers proven leadership curriculum on-line, and uses an Action Development methodology that applies and reinforces key leadership skills in the workplace. Time commitments are only an hour a week. LeadershipTools works with middle managers (Managers, Directors, VP's) at mid-sized companies throughout the United States.
Garth Rose's educational career began at Millfield, where they completed 8th grade. Garth then attended The Taft School for 9th to 12th grade. After graduating from The Taft School, Garth Rose attended Kenyon College, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology.
