Thomas Mathews is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors, primarily focusing on Life Sciences, Healthcare, and Consumer Goods. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Genpact since October 2005, Thomas leads the Life Sciences and Healthcare business for international markets, emphasizing transformation and innovation. Previous roles at Genpact included Senior Vice President & Segment Leader and Vice President & Lead Client Partner, showcasing a strong track record in operational excellence, digital transformation, and client relations. Prior to Genpact, Thomas gained valuable experience at GE Capital as Assistant Vice President - HR and Area Sales Manager and began their career as Sales Team Lead at Mathewsons Group.
