Scherrie Listecki is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations and transformation across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President at Genpact and Operating Partner at Exactus Advisors, Listecki has previously held senior leadership roles at TreeHouse Foods and multiple positions at Mars, including Global Transformation Director and Global Director of Operational Excellence. Listecki began the career with Nestle USA in the Operations Improvement Team. Academic credentials include a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Technology & Engineering from Purdue University.
