Akshay Kumar is an experienced technology leader with a robust background in digital customer experience and cloud engineering. Currently serving as the Global Salesforce Digital Customer Experience Practice Leader and Vice President - Global Practice Leader for Applications Modernization at Genpact, Akshay has held significant roles at notable companies including Capgemini as the North Americas Practice Leader for Digital and Cloud Engineering, and Oracle Consulting as the National Practice Director. Earlier positions include Senior Technology Consulting Manager at Infosys Technologies and Principal Architect/Senior Solutions Architect at webMethods Inc. Akshay possesses an MBA in Sales and Marketing from the Institute of Management and Technology (1997-2000) and a BS in Computer Engineering from Delhi University (1992-1996).
