Paul Ostenson currently serves as Associate Director at Genoa Healthcare, a position held since January 2023. Prior to this role, Paul held multiple titles within Optum, including Associate Director of Loss Prevention and Manager of Loss Prevention for Genoa Healthcare. Paul has extensive experience in loss prevention, having worked at Target from March 1993 to February 2019, where responsibilities included Market Assets Protection Distribution Center Operations Leader, Senior Investigator, Investigation Center Operations Leader, National Investigator, and Assets Protection Team Leader. Paul holds two Bachelor of Science degrees in Criminal Justice from Bemidji State University and Minnesota State University Moorhead.
