Jenni Douglas has extensive experience in operations management within the healthcare and retail sectors. Currently serving as Director of Operations at Genoa Healthcare since April 2021, Jenni previously held various leadership positions at Walgreens from March 2002 to April 2021, including District Manager, Community Leader, and Store Manager. Responsibilities included mentoring and training staff, ensuring adherence to corporate initiatives, fostering relationships with pharmacy personnel, and driving customer service, sales, and profit while implementing loss prevention strategies. Jenni holds a Bachelor's degree in English with a minor in Women and Gender Studies from Stetson University, which was completed between 1988 and 1993.
