Ievgenii Kostandov has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Ievgenii started their career in 2006 as an Office Administrator at TMC Ukraine and later became an Office Manager at BASF. In 2008, they worked as a Manager of Car Body Repair at UA HOLDINGS LIMITED.

In 2011, Ievgenii joined Epicentr K as a Manager of Logistics and worked there until 2016. Ievgenii then transitioned into the field of IT, working as a Freelance Frontend Developer from 2016 to 2019.

From 2019 to 2020, Ievgenii worked as an IT Consultant and Frontend Developer for a project under the contract of EBRD. During this time, they contributed to the development and content creation of an online knowledge management platform.

In 2018, Ievgenii took on the role of IT Project Manager and Frontend Developer at Biotechnological Lyceum Radowell, where they worked on website development and projects related to the lyceum.

In 2019, they joined INTERACTIVITY as a Frontend Developer, where they worked on developing themes based on Drupal, supporting Joomla websites, and developing a conference timeline.

Currently, Ievgenii is working as a Frontend Developer at Geniusee, where they are involved in the development and support of Worpress/OctoberCMS websites and web application development for interviews.

Ievgenii Kostandov obtained their Bachelor's degree in Interpreter from the Ukrainian Institute of Linguistics and Management, which they attended from 2004 to 2008. Ievgenii then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Project Manager from the Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture, where they studied from 2015 to 2017.
