Nika Marchenko has a diverse work experience in various roles. From February 2020 to November 2020, Nika worked as a Retail Sales Manager for MG Group, where they focused on finding new opportunities in Ukraine and Eastern Europe. From November 2020 to November 2021, they served as an Associate at andcards, assisting coworking spaces in different countries with the benefits of the platform. Starting in November 2021 until June 2022, Nika worked as a Customer Success Manager at Oversecured. Nika is currently employed at Genius Software, where they have held the positions of Business Development Manager from August 2022 to October 2022, and currently serves as the Head of Business Relationship. At Genius Software, Nika helps businesses build development teams and deliver custom software solutions.

Nika Marchenko obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Economic Relations from Uzhhorod National University between 2015 and 2020.
