Masha Strømme is a Norwegian business executive who has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare and biotech industries. Masha is currently the Director at GenieUs Genomic, a company that provides genomic testing and counseling services. Prior to their current position, Strømme served as an advisor at Norway Health Tech, a non-profit organization that promotes the development of health technologies in Norway.

Strømme has also held various leadership positions at Hemispherians AS, PubGene Inc, and Exact Therapeutics AS. In 2015, they became a member of the board of directors of Exact Therapeutics, where they helped the company develop a technology platform for targeted drug delivery called Acoustic Cluster Therapy (ACT). ACT is a unique approach to ultrasound-mediated, targeted drug delivery that has the potential to enhance the clinical utility of a wide range of therapeutic molecules and nano-drugs for a wide range of clinical indications.

Strømme holds a degree in business administration from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration.

Masha Strømme has a D.Phil in Biochemistry, genetics and neuroscience from the University of Oxford, and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Biology, General from McGill University.
