Ruth Williams is an experienced healthcare professional currently serving as a Telephonic Case Manager Supervisor at Genex Services since February 2020. With a strong background in pharmacy management and case management, Ruth has been employed at Coventry since November 2012, holding roles as an RxRN and RN Case Manager. In the role of RN Case Manager, Ruth specializes in identifying barriers to care and developing individualized care plans to support members in achieving health goals, utilizing member-centered assessments and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. Ruth holds a Bachelor of Science in Registered Nursing from Kent State University and has additional nursing education from the University of Kent.
