Kailey Kiekhafer has worked in a variety of roles in the past few years. In 2020, they began working as an Amazon Advertising Manager for Geneva Supply, where they currently manage Amazon advertising campaigns for various brands. Kailey also works as a Digital Marketing Strategist for the same company. In 2019, Kailey worked as a Bartender at Inn Between Bar and Grill, a Marketing Intern at Nikolic Group Real Estate, a College Ticket Ambassador at the Minnesota Timberwolves, and a Food and Beverage Attendant at Geneva National Resort & Club. In 2017, they began working as a Superhost and Property Manager for Airbnb. In 2016, they were a Head Bartender at DELAVAN LAKE YACHT CLUB INC.

Kailey Kiekhafer completed their Bachelor of Arts in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from the University of St. Thomas between 2016 and 2020. Kailey attended Catholic Central High School - Burlington WI from 2012 to 2016. Kailey has also obtained several certifications from Amazon, including Amazon Ads campaign planning Certification (November 2021), Amazon DSP Certification (November 2021), Amazon Advertising Foundations Certification (May 2021), Amazon Retail for Advertisers (October 2020), Sponsored Ads Foundation Certifications (September 2020), and Amazon Retail for Advertisers Certification (February 2023).
