Luana Eckhardt is currently the Head of HR at Geneva Call, where Luana is leading the transformation of HR management and strategy in support of the overall operational plan and strategic direction. With a background in project management, HR separation, and global rewards, Luana has extensive experience in various HR roles at DuPont, including leading the Dow/DuPont merger in Switzerland, Italy, and Greece. Luana holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and certifications in mindfulness meditation teaching and professional coaching.
