Al Rodríguez has a diverse background in graphic design and art direction. Al started their career in 2006 at Graficas suroeste, where they worked as a graphic designer and prepress operator until 2009. Al then joined Gesgraf as a graphic designer and art director from 2010 to 2011. In 2011, Al Rodríguez worked at ilos t-shirts as a graphic and textile designer before moving to Gesgraf Estudio Gráfico in 2012. At Gesgraf Estudio Gráfico, they held the position of graphic designer and art director until 2015. Their most recent role is at Genetsis, starting in 2015, where they work as a UX designer and digital designer.

Al Rodríguez's education history is as follows:

Al Rodríguez obtained a Master's degree in Usability and User Experience from KSchool in the year 2017. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Art History from Universidad de Salamanca from 1999 to 2004. In 2016, Al Rodríguez pursued a course titled "UX: Usability and User Experience" from Torres Burriel, where they studied Design and Visual Communication. Al also completed courses in Information Architecture and Fundamentals of UX and Prototyping for Web and Mobile Devices from LinkedIn Learning during the same year.

In terms of additional certifications, Al Rodríguez obtained an Inbound certification from HubSpot Academy in February 2022.
