Mr. Graham has nearly 20 years of experience in the life science industry as a merchant banker, senior operations executive, and corporate finance attorney. He is currently Chief Operating Officer of EGB Ventures. Previously he was a Co-Founder of Osteon Therapeutics, Managing Director of Allele Capital Partners, Executive Director in the Tribal Capital Markets’ Equity Capital Life Sciences Division, and Chief Legal Officer and Vice President of Strategic Development at Sancilio Pharmaceuticals Company. Mr. Graham began his career as a corporate finance attorney in the Boston headquarters of Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky, and Popeo PC, representing both private and public life science companies in private and public financings. After receiving a BBA in Finance from the Northeastern State University of Oklahoma, Mr. Graham earned his Juris Doctorate from Boston College Law School. He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar and holds FINRA Series 7, 63, and 79 licenses.
