Karen Lalli is a seasoned professional in global real estate and facilities management, currently serving as Vice President at Genesys since June 2020, where responsibilities include overseeing worldwide facilities, right-sizing portfolios, and enhancing collaboration through office redesign. Prior experience includes director roles at GLG, managing real estate for 22 locations in 14 countries; American Express, overseeing transactions for 7 million square feet in the Americas; and various leadership positions in corporate real estate at Lightower Fiber Networks, Sidera Networks, RCN, The Hillier Group, and Gensler. Karen Lalli holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Master of Science from New York University's Schack School of Real Estate, and a Master of Science in Strategic Facilities Planning and Management from Cornell University.
