Jeff Wise is currently the Vice President of Business Development at Genesys, where Jeff leads the Genesys Cloud Platform based business model development and partner ecosystems. Prior to this role, Jeff served as the Global Vice President of Strategic Alliances & Ecosystems, responsible for establishing Genesys' global strategic alliances group and growing the AppFoundry marketplace. Jeff also has experience as the Head of Customer Engagement Global Products at Telstra, where Jeff was responsible for the global customer engagement and contact solutions product portfolio. With a background in computing from Monash University, Jeff has held leadership roles at Isoton Pty Ltd (previously OASIS Systems) and Informatel in the telecommunications industry.
