Cheryl Cain is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales and management, currently serving as Director in various roles at Genesys since August 2012, including Renewal Management Enablement and Genesys Care Programs & Development. Previously, Cheryl held positions such as Sales Specialist at Open Text and Business Development Manager at Global 360. Additional experience includes roles as Account Executive at Vignette/Tower Technology and TOWER Technology, as well as Systems Consultant/Account Executive at Eastman Software. Cheryl holds an Associate Degree in Computer Science from Rockingham Community College, earned between 1974 and 1976.
