Omar Morales, SPHR, MSOD, serves as Senior Director of the Organization Development Center of Excellence and Enterprise OD at Microsoft since September 2015, championing a culture rooted in growth mindset during a transformative era for AI. Previously at GitHub, Omar held several leadership positions focusing on HR and organization development, emphasizing diversity, inclusion, and international expansion. Omar's early career includes senior HR roles at DIRECTV, Procter & Gamble, Eaton Corporation, and various organizations, bringing extensive experience in talent management, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness. In addition, Omar is the founder of Mosaic Coaching & Consulting and serves on the Board of Directors for Genesys Works, supporting career pathways for underserved youth. Educational qualifications include pursuing a PhD in Management, an MS in Organization Development, an Executive Certificate in Leadership and Executive Coaching, and a Graduate Certificate in Business from esteemed institutions.
