Laura DiGiovanni began their work experience as a Senior Corporate Recruiter at Xerox Corporation in 2000, where they stayed until 2009. From 2009 to 2012, they worked as a Business Development Manager at One Communications/Earthlink Business. Laura then held the position of Senior Corporate Recruiter at ITT Exelis - Geospatial Division from 2012 to 2013. Following that, Laura worked as a Talent Acquisition Advisor at SNC-Lavalin from 2013 to 2015, and as a Senior Recruiter at Ciber, Inc. from 2015 to 2018. Laura'smost recent role was as a Senior Technical Recruiter at ACS Group (American CyberSystems) from 2018 to 2019. Currently, Laura is a Team Lead / Senior Technical Recruiter at Genesis10 since April 2019.

Laura DiGiovanni attended West Irondequoit High School from 1982 to 1986. After completing high school, they went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Marketing from the State University of New York at Oswego, which they obtained from 1986 to 1990.
