David S. has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. David is currently the President, Chief Operations Officer, Co-Founder, and Vice Chairman of the Board at Genesis Systems (USA) - Water Your Way, a top water technology research and design company. Prior to this, they were the Scientist, Futurist, Strategist, and Director of Electromagnetic Defense Task Force at The Joint Staff, where they led research and strategy for defense of the U.S. David also served as a Military Advisor and Strategic Policy Fellow at the U.S. Department of State. Before that, David was an Air Force Strategic Policy Fellow and Aide de Camp to the Commander of Air Education & Training Command in the United States Air Force. David also held various roles in the Air Force, including Director of the Commanders Action Group, Chief of Weapons and Tactics, and Instructor Pilot. In addition to their military experience, David was the CEO and Co-Founder of Genesis Systems (USA) LLC - Technologies That Transform, an industrial technology research and design company. David also had an entrepreneurial venture as the Owner and Founder of Fine Western Art, a fine art firm. David started their career in the US Air Force Reserve as a Crew Chief, where they managed and maintained aircraft. Overall, David S. has extensive experience in water technology research, defense strategy, military operations, and entrepreneurship.

David S. began their education at the University of Central Missouri, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering Technology/Technician. David attended the university from 2005 to 2007.

After completing their undergraduate studies, David's education took a more focused turn towards political and military studies. In 2012, they enrolled at The George Washington University and obtained a Master's of Professional Studies degree in political management, government, and public policy. David completed this program in 2014.

In the same year, David also pursued a certificate in advanced joint military and allied operations from NATO Defense College. This program, which focused on composite air operations, lasted for the duration of a year.

Continuing their academic endeavors, David later enrolled at King's College London in 2017 to pursue a Doctor (Ph.D.) degree in international security affairs & strategy. David successfully completed this program in 2020.

In 2020, David further expanded their research pursuits and joined The Johns Hopkins University as a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow at the Applied Physics Laboratory. David focused on novel water supplies and compound national security strategies during this period.

Additionally, in 2020, David also attended the USAF Air Command and Staff College to obtain a Master's degree in Military Operational Art and Science/Studies. This program is expected to be completed in 2022.
