Andy Holmes possesses extensive experience in commercial services and marketing within the IT solutions and recruitment sectors. Currently serving as an Advisory Board Member at Genesis Sun since January 2023, previous roles include Director of Commercial Services at Jumar Solutions from August 2012 to March 2024, where significant achievements included overseeing company growth from £17 million to nearly £50 million, managing multi-million-pound contracts, and implementing GDPR compliance processes. Prior to this, Andy held marketing positions at CCL Forensics and other organizations, demonstrating a robust background in strategic marketing, campaign management, and staff leadership.
