Ashley Omogrosso MSN, RN is an experienced Care Management Lead at Genesis Medical Associates, Inc. Ashley oversees the Chronic Care Management program for high-risk patients and collaborates with various healthcare disciplines. Prior to this role, Ashley worked as a Nurse Case Manager providing outpatient care for high-risk patients. At UPMC, Ashley served as a Registered Nurse, delivering inpatient nursing care to diverse patients. Ashley holds a Master of Nursing in Case Management from Samuel Merritt University and a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences from Northern Arizona University.
