Ally Phillipsen has extensive experience in healthcare management, currently serving as Vice President of Accounts Receivable Quality and Recovery at Genesis since June 2018. Prior to this role, Ally held the position of Senior Director of Reimbursement Services at Genesis HealthCare from February 2015 to February 2018. Ally's background includes significant financial leadership roles, including Vice President of Finance and Director of Financial Operations at Hallmark Rehabilitation from January 2010 to February 2015, as well as Director of Revenue Cycle at Retirement Housing Foundation from January 2001 to September 2009. Ally earned a Master of Health Administration from the University of Southern California between 2004 and 2006.
