David Kulak serves as the Medical Director of Cryomate, overseeing operations at a boutique sperm bank since September 2023. In addition, David has held multiple positions in the field of fertility, including Fertility Physician at Herzliya Medical Center and Maccabi Health Care Services since 2021, and Fellowship Director as well as Director of Fertility Imaging at Laniado Hospital since December 2019. David has been an attending physician at GENESIS Fertility & Reproductive Medicine since July 2016. David earned a Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from Albert Einstein College of Medicine between 2008 and 2012.
