Pawan Varma is an accomplished Enterprise Level SAFe Coach at Genesis Consulting Partners, LLC, where Pawan leads the adoption of various SAFe configurations for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, in collaboration with Booz Allen Hamilton. Pawan has a diverse background as a Senior Agile Coach at MATRIX Resources, a SAFe Agile Coach at Discover Financial Services, and an Enterprise SAFe Agile Coach at AT&T, among other roles. With extensive experience in guiding organizations through Agile transformations, Pawan has worked closely with C-level executives and managed Agile teams across multiple industries, delivering training and implementing governance methodologies. Pawan holds a Bachelor of Administration in Business and Computer Science from the University of Ottawa.
