Mary Grace Baxendale has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Mary Grace began their career as a Program Intern at International Visitors/World Affairs Council, where they assisted in organizing leadership and business programs for international dignitaries and officials. Mary Grace then worked as an Executive Assistant at the Institute for Defense and Business, managing the daily schedule and travel arrangements for the president.

Mary then joined Language Club International as an ESL Teacher, where they taught English to South Korean children and developed educational programs. Mary Grace then returned to the Institute for Defense and Business as a Program Associate, organizing educational programs and managing logistics for various stakeholders.

Mary Grace was responsible for delivering the First 90 Days executive onboarding solutions and supporting transitions at every level of the leadership value chain.

Mary Grace Baxendale has an extensive education history. Mary Grace later pursued further education and completed their Masters degree in International Studies and International Business at East Carolina University from 2005 to 2007.
