Becky Barbarick has extensive experience in human resources and talent management, with a career spanning over two decades. At Genesco from July 2013 to the present, Becky held the roles of Sr. Director of Talent Management & Distribution HR and previously served as Director of Talent & Organizational Development. Prior to this, Becky worked at Tractor Supply Company from February 2001 to May 2013, progressing from Human Resources Coordinator to Employee Relations Manager and ultimately becoming Director of Training and Development. Becky holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science with a minor in Business Administration from Middle Tennessee State University, obtained between 1992 and 1996.
