Dr. Carla Maxwell Ray, CFRE, is a highly experienced professional in fundraising and organizational development with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Senior Generosity Strategist at Generis since March 2013, Dr. Ray specializes in generating revenue for non-profits, churches, and educational institutions through tailored generosity initiatives and fundraising campaigns. As an author, Dr. Ray offers guidance in personal mission creation through the book "Five Pillars of a First Class Life," integrating Scripture as a guiding resource. Additional roles include Lead Fundraising Consultant and Franchise Owner at Caring Transitions, with prior leadership positions in notable organizations such as the University of Maryland and Boys & Girls Clubs of America.
