Brandon Harris has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and positions. Brandon is currently the Vice President of Operations at Generis, where they oversee operations team leadership and ensures business predictability. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Operations at the same company, where they managed strategies, systems, processes, and technologies supporting 50+ FTEs nationwide.

Brandon also has experience as the Principal and Consultant at Harris Solutions, LLC, where they helped organizations unlock the potential of their data by supporting the implementation of the HubSpot CRM.

In the non-profit sector, Brandon served as the Executive Pastor (Chief Operating Officer) at Johns Creek United Methodist Church and the Lead Pastor (Chief Executive Officer / President) at Rainbow City First United Methodist Church and Avondale United Methodist Church. In these roles, they were responsible for all aspects of organizational strategy, operations, finance, governance, and program delivery. Brandon worked collaboratively with various teams and community partners to establish strategic objectives and meet growth targets.

Before that, Brandon worked as an Associate Pastor (Director of Operations / Vice President) at Anniston First United Methodist Church, where they supported the lead pastor in church strategy, operations, finance, governance, and program delivery. Brandon also managed IT infrastructure upgrades, leadership development, and strategic program alignment.

Overall, Brandon Harris brings extensive experience in operations, leadership, strategy, and program delivery across both for-profit and non-profit organizations.

Brandon Harris has a diverse education history. Brandon obtained a Master of Divinity (M.Div.) degree in Divinity/Ministry from Duke University from 2001 to 2004. Prior to that, they received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Management Information Systems from Auburn University, where they studied from 1997 to 2001.

Later on, Brandon pursued further education and completed a Doctor of Ministry (D.Min.) degree in Leadership Excellence at Wesley Theological Seminary, which spanned from 2009 to 2012.

In addition to their degrees, Brandon has acquired several certifications. Brandon obtained certification as a Prepare-Enrich Facilitator from Prepare-Enrich in July 2013. In June 2007, they also became an Elder through the North Alabama Conference of the United Methodist Church. More recently, in July 2019, Brandon obtained certifications as an Inbound Certified and Hubspot Sales Software Certified professional from HubSpot Academy.
