Wendy Albers, FCX-I, currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Member Experience at Generations Federal Credit Union, a position held since November 2022, focused on enhancing member interactions across all channels. Prior experience includes roles as the Mission & CEO Governance Process Manager at Credit Human from April 2021 to November 2022, and various senior leadership positions at Broadway Bank from 2005 to September 2019, including Senior Vice President of Operational Change & Communications and Senior Vice President of Sales and Service. Wendy also held the role of Vice President and Financial Center Manager at SouthTrust Bank from 1993 to 2004. Wendy's educational background includes studies at The University of Alabama and the North San Antonio Chamber Leadership Lab in 2004, alongside graduating from Demopolis High School in Demopolis, Alabama.
