Joy Lewis is a seasoned professional in human resources and people management, currently serving as a People & Culture Advisor at Outcast since October 2024. Previously, Joy held various roles at Retail Food Group, including People & Culture Advisor, Human Resources Officer, and Human Resources & Payroll Coordinator for Corporate Stores from July 2021 to October 2024. Joy's experience also includes working as a Corporate Service Agent at Wyndham Destinations and as a People Ambassador at the University of the West of England. Additionally, Joy worked as a Human Resources Administrator for Premium Graduate Placements in Australia. Joy holds a BA(Hons) in International Business from the University of the West of England and A-Levels in Business Studies, English Language, and Photography from Preseli School.
