Della Deme is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in investment management and entrepreneurship. Since May 2013, Della has been a Partner at Generation Investment Management, contributing to sustainable investment strategies. Prior to this role, Della founded Mrs JetSet from 2011 to 2013 and served as Vice President at Gerson Lehrman Group from June 2004 to April 2010. Della holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art and Political Science from Yale University, received between 2000 and 2004.
