Chris Hemmings is the Chair of the Valuation Committee at Generation Investment Management since April 2023 and has served as a Senior Adviser at Inflexion since October 2020, leveraging a broad international network to enhance the firm's profile and identify investment opportunities in continental Europe. Previously, Chris was a Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers from September 1983 to June 2019, specializing in international private equity, with a notable role as Global Deals Origination Leader from 2015. Early career experience includes working as an Investment Analyst at Standard Chartered Bank, where involvement in a startup private equity team facilitated the development of buyout models and financing for acquisitions. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Geography from the University of Bristol and is a Chartered Accountant, having completed the ACA program from ICAEW.
