Trevor Goertzen has worked in the education field for over 15 years. In 2022, they began working as an Education Consultant at Generation Esports. From 2015 to 2021, they were an Adjunct Professor at Harding University. From 2016 to 2021, they were the Principal at Spring Hill Middle School and prior to that, an Associate Principal. Trevor began their education career in 2006 as a Teacher at Blue Valley School District, where they mentored new teachers, guided mid-career teachers in their quest to become Nationally Board Certified, and led professional development.

Trevor Goertzen attended Harding University from 2001 to 2006, where they earned a degree in Elementary & Middle Level Education. Trevor then attended Baker University, where they obtained a Ma in Educational Leadership and Administration, General. Trevor also holds a National Board Certification.
