Aviva Oskow is an experienced design professional currently serving as the Product Design Lead and Innovation Specialist at 18F since June 2019, where leadership is provided to the digital Product Design team to enhance federal government services and user experiences. Prior to this role, Aviva contributed as an Innovation Specialist and Visual Designer at 18F from August 2016 to June 2019. Additional experience includes serving as a Senior Designer at Incitement Design, BerlinRosen, and Incitement Socially Conscious Design, where Aviva focused on branding and visual messaging for progressive political campaigns and social justice initiatives. Freelance work as a Designer and Creative Strategist included collaboration on branding and communications strategies for various clients. Aviva's educational background includes a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Communications Design from Syracuse University and ongoing studies at the Minneapolis College of Art and Design.
